Hi, I’m Tiffany…

Climber of Mountains, Lover of Nature, Adventurer, Seeker and Day-dreamer. But my greatest passion is to bring the lessons I receive from Mother Nature and kindred teachers into the hearts & Souls of my students through a unique blend of Modern-Life Inquiry Coaching complimented with the ancient philosophies and practices of Yoga.

I am a perpetual student in this experience called “life” and this practice called “Yoga”. I am a 200hr Trauma-informed yoga teacher, Soul Coach and currently a student specializing in Yoga for Mental & Emotional Health 300hr. advanced training. But like most people, my greatest lessons have occurred through personal experiences throughout my entire life.

I aspire to inspire those who feel broken to BELIEVE they are so much more than what they have become, to guide those who feel lost towards their TRUTH, and to witness the transformation in those who choose to be brave in their path towards healing.

I have experienced the joy of unconditional love. I have experienced the deepest sense of pain. I have endured trauma and it’s after effects. I understand what it’s like to feel broken and I know what it feels like to be whole again. I also understand the vulnerability and bravery that’s required to do this work, all of which had led me towards deep transformation and paved my way towards my purpose. I will commit to support you every step of the way. I will meet you, exactly where you are, and we’ll walk this path together.

I invite you to bravely EXPLORE the darkest parts of your Self. I will guide you to step into your truth and DISCOVER freedom. I will sit with you as you witness your own transformation and AWAKEN your Soul.

Nepal is home to the beloved Everest base camp trek: one of the most challenging and rewarding treks in the world. Despite its popularity as a travel destination, Nepal is one of the poorest undeveloped nations in the world, with over 25% of the population living beneath the poverty line. Many Nepali families cannot afford education for their children who grow without any opportunity for career development. You can change that! We have teamed up with the Volunteer Initiative of Nepal to help provide a better life for the children of the Himalayas. Your trek will cover a year’s worth of education for one child.

services

After flying into Lukla, we stay at tea houses along the trek. A tea house is a combination of a guest house, restaurant, and social hangout. The rooms are very basic, with two twin beds and very little additional furniture. Blankets or comforters are generally provided. Most bathrooms are shared with others; a private bathroom will only be available at some lodges at lower altitudes. The majority of tea houses only provide cold showers. A few may have hot showers available at additional cost. Some tea houses also provide Wi-fi and an electricity charging service for cameras and phones for a small fee.
During the trek, you will have breakfast and dinner at the tea house where you stay for the night, and lunch at one of the trail side restaurants. Every tea house serves a traditional Nepali meal of Dal Bhat (unlimited refill of rice, veggies and potatoes!), as well as a variety of different food items, such as noodles and soup. Some have Nepali versions of western food such as pizza, pasta and French fries. Soft drinks, snacks and beer are available in most of the tea houses and trail side restaurants. And, of course, Nepali milk tea is served everywhere.
