Inquiry Yoga allows the opportunity to deeply connect to your thoughts and emotions with your body through gentle Restorative Yoga poses and Inquiry Coaching in a safe place. Our bodies hold our entire life's story and sometimes that story hurts or we choose to ignore it, resulting in unexplained physical pain, disease and emotional overwhelm. These private sessions will teach you to find stillness and grounding, connect and listen to your one true voice and bravely approach the process of healing and forgiveness.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, therapeutic style of yoga. Poses are supported with props to assist with alignment, reduce strain and promote relaxation. Most poses are often held for 3-5 minutes each, which is very effective for lengthening deep connective tissues. Restorative yoga is not only a good opportunity to mindfully slow down and connect breathe with body, it’s also an ideal complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. I will deeply listen and investigate your thoughts and emotions on a soulful level and guide you towards understanding, clarity and healing. We will connect remotely in the comfort of your own space from anywhere in the world or in person, privately.
